This story was covered world wide by the Thai press. He also won a liable / slander suit where a surgeon was being defamed on the internet and received a judgment in the six figures.
He represented a tobacco company being sued by the state of Arizona under the 1998 tobacco settlement. This case was part of suits supported by the National Association of Attorney Generals and the outcome had national implications.
He represented a plaintiff that was molested by her doctor and the story appeared in Glamour Magazine.
